Abu Dhabi Chamber explores economic cooperation with Costa Rica


ABU DHABI- Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received Adriana Bolanos Argueta, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica, and the accompanying delegation to the tower of the House in Abu Dhabi.

Helal Mohammed Al Hameli, Deputy Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the parties discussed strengthening economic cooperation to better serve the business communities of the two countries, and shared their views on economic issues of mutual interest.

Al Mheiri welcomed the visit of the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica, praising the distinguished partnerships between the two parties regarding the economic and commercial aspects motivated by a mutual desire to increase the level of cooperation and open up opportunities for wider investment for companies in Abu Dhabi and Costa Rica.

Al Mheiri highlighted a number of services that the Chamber offers to investors, businessmen and the private sector in general, in addition to the innovative initiative taken to support businesses, noting that the Chamber is fully prepared. to increase its joint cooperation to better serve the business community. and investors in both countries.

For his part, Argueta praised the reception she received in the Abu Dhabi Chamber, stressing the need to continue efforts to strengthen cooperative relations and discover new opportunities for cooperation in a number of sectors. of mutual interest, including digital transformation, biotechnology and others.

The Deputy Minister expressed high hopes in increasing the exchange of visits between Emirati entrepreneurs and their counterparts from Costa Rica and the will of her country to strengthen its economic ties with Abu Dhabi.
